Incorporated in 1988, Keystone Legal Benefits Ltd has become a leading specialist provider of 'After the Event' insurance, with considerable involvement in various Government and Judicial forums. We have also played significant roles in a number of major ATE related cases, prominent amongst which are:

Callery -v- Gray;

Sarwar -v- Allam; and

as interveners in the leading Court of Appeal case of Rogers -v- Merthyr Tydfil Borough Council.

• We pioneered the concept of ATE insurance and, significantly, we launched our own product several months before the Law Society's own 'Accident Line Protect' scheme was introduced.
• Our business has developed by insuring cases that have been rejected elsewhere, and we are now the leading provider of ATE cover for complex and non-standard personal injury cases.
• We have become the leading supplier of specialist personal injury call centre services for solicitors and for organisations marketing in hospitals and GP surgeries.
